DSO Rising is the competitive VALORANT team of DSO Esports. We’re recruiting dedicated players who want to build a reliable roster and take a serious approach to competing.

We’re looking for teammates who communicate clearly, show up prepared, and put in the work to improve. Individual skill matters, but so do consistency, attitude, and how well you work with the people around you.

Our focus is building a team with clear expectations and a positive, competitive environment. We want players who are comfortable receiving feedback, reviewing their gameplay, and working through challenges together.
